1. INTRODUCTION

This Legal Policy Agreement governs the use of the R-Connect Business Directory. It outlines the rights, responsibilities, and legal obligations of Users and R-Conect.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Application, Users agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If Users do not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the Application.

3. DEFINITIONS

  • APPLICATION: Refers to the R-Conect Business Fellowship mobile application.

  • USER: Any individual or entity using the Application.

  • BUSINESS ADVERTISEMENTS: Content posted by Users to promote their businesses, including text, images, and videos.

  • CHAT OPTION: A feature allowing Users to communicate through text messages.

  • AUDIO/VIDEO CALL: Real-time communication tools for Users within the business community.

4. USER REGISTRATION

4.1 REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Users must create an account to access certain features.

  • Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4.2 ACCOUNT SECURITY

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.

5. BUSINESS ADVERTISEMENTS

5.1 SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Users may submit advertisements in various formats, including posts and videos, subject to specific guidelines.

5.2 APPROVAL PROCESS

  • All submissions will undergo a review process by R-Conect Business Fellowship before being published.

5.3 CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

  • Advertisements must not contain offensive, misleading, or illegal content. R-Conect Business Fellowship reserves the right to reject any advertisement.

6. COMMUNICATION FEATURES

6.1 CHAT FUNCTIONALITY

  • The Application provides a chat feature for B2B and B2C communications.

6.2 AUDIO AND VIDEO CALLS

  • Audio and video call features are restricted to registered business Users and are subject to compliance with community guidelines.

6.3 USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Users must use communication features responsibly, refraining from abusive or inappropriate language.

7. CATEGORY LISTINGS

7.1 CATEGORY SELECTION

  • Businesses may choose categories to enhance visibility in searches.

7.2 CATEGORY CHANGES

  • Users may update their category selections, subject to approval.

8. USER CONDUCT

  • Users agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner and adhere to applicable laws.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • R-Conect Business Fellowship retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Application.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

  • R-Conect Business Fellowship Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of Users’ personal information.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • R-Conect Business Fellowship is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application

12. INDEMNIFICATION

  • Users agree to indemnify R-Conect Business Fellowship against any claims resulting from their use of the Application.

13. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

  • R-Conect Business Fellowship reserves the right to terminate User accounts for violations of this Agreement.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

  • R-Conect Business Fellowship may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

15. GOVERNING LAW

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
